Can I catch a frickin Break Here!?

I woke up this morning, naseous. I have continued feeling naseous. This morning, during a meeting with the regional administrator, I fought off the incredible urge to vomit. You know how you get that feeling, in your throat, that at any moment your throat may indeed end up on the table? Yeah that's how I was feeling.

I came home at lunch, ate some soup and proceeded to become green, according to my husband. I went back to work for a couple hours then left. I got through class, after everyone thanked me for coming even though I felt like puking, by eating saltines and drinking 7up. Like I did it for a whole hour, afraid if I stopped it would all come back.

How is one able to shrink effectively if one feels like crap all the effin time. I'm so over being sick, although I don't think I'm actually over it. How wonderful.
